Olympus Minerals takes pride in all its products.
Please understand that our items are natural gemstones, formed by the earth. There will be differences in color, shape, and size between products. The photos we use, are just to be used as a guide, and there is no guarantee your item will 100% match the photo shown.
Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a damaged product from Olympus Minerals, please notify us immediately via email: service@olympusminerals.com, or by phone: 973.992.9451.
All original materials included with the shipment (item, packing, box, etc.) must be saved for a UPS claim. If this is not done, you may be responsible for the cost of the item.
You have 3 (three) days to return the merchandise after notifying our team, unless otherwise notified by a team member. Once we receive the item, we will refund you via your original payment method.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item. Please call us at 973.992.9451, or send us an email at service@olympusmienerals.com.
You have 1 (one) week to return the merchandise after receiving a return authorization number from our team, unless otherwise notified by a team member. Once we receive the item, we will refund you via your original payment method. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to process.
Olympus Minerals does not pay for return shipping.
Return Shipping Tips
Wrap each item individually using materials such as newspaper, or bubble wrap. Be sure to completely surround the item. When in doubt, overstuff!
If there is any damage to the original shipping container, please do not use it.
